A graveside service for Marlon M. Coffee, 74, will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Paradise Cemetery at Beckinridge. The Reverend J. Tho-mas Pullin will officiate. Silver Talon Honor Guard from Vance Air Force Base will conduct military honors. Arrangements are by Henninger Allen Funeral Home.

 

He was born October 30, 1929, in Renfrow and died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at his home in Enid.

 

He lived in Renfrow and Caldwell, Kansas, then joined the Army Air Force in January 1947. He did basic training at Lackland Air Force Base. He married Dorris J. Sneed on April 2, 1948, at Saint Francis, AR. He served during the Cold War in Germany and Vietnam.

 

Surviving are his wife, Dorris; four sons, Marlon Jr., Robert, Christopher and Anthony; Sandra Coffee, Mahalia Smith and Thelma Jean Carson; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

He was preceded in death by one sister, one brother, two sons, one grandson and one granddaughter.

 

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Hospice, Circle of Love.
