I never met Jim, but I really enjoyed working with him on the Rotorhead website to keep our history alive and factual! I will very much miss his inquiring mind and weekly quests! Men like Jim are the reason pilots like me are still around! Thanks Carol for sharing him with us!

Jim was my uncle,he was one of my favorite uncles; even when he got mad at us when visiting the family in Salt Lake City so many years ago, for getting wet before going out for a nice dinner, instead we ate at a little roadside burrito shack :)

I have always looked up to and respected him. Uncle Jim influenced my childrens life when reading what he wote about his experiences in his life.

I am in awe of the marriage he had with my loving Aunt Carol.

My sincere condolences to Carol, Joe and Jimmy. You have been in my thoughts and prayers and always will be. All our love to you. Jim will never be forgotten he was truly one of the "Good Ones".

I didn't know Jim very well but I did get to interface with him at his home in Enon last year. I was a pilot with the 20th Helicopter Squadron in Vietnam in 1966-1967, so Jim and I spent a couple of hours discussing the operations of that organization. I was impressed by his positive outlook on life even in the face of adversity. My condolences to his family.

Thanks for the memories. From the first visit as "the other Jim" and all the visits since, those experiences helped mold the person I've become, even impacting my current career path. I'll always remember the laughter and fun. Deepest sympathies and love to Aunt Carol, Joe, Jim and families.

I am so proud to have served with Jim in the USAF and to have him as my friend. Over the last few years Jim produced and maintained a very special website for all members of the USAF Helicopter family (www.rotorheadsrus.us) and I know he was so proud of it and the connections it provides for the many of us who served our country on USAF helicopters. CMSgt. James B. Moore was proud of and devoted to his family, proud of and devoted to his service to our country and a true American Patriot. Jim was and always will be remembered as my true and loyal friend and I will miss him greatly. My most sincere condolences to Carol and all of Jim’s extended family.
